 Join us for a day of Health, Wellness, and Community Service!

The Art of Healing Holistic Center will be hosting an event on April 7th at the Lawrence Library in Pepperell from 10 – 2pm to raise money for the PACH Outreach’s Capital Fund Campaign. PACH has acquired a new property that they will move into this June. This event will raise money to help pay for the mortgage and the cost of renovations needed on the building. The event will offer MELT® Method Classes, Chair Massage, CranioSacral/Crystalline Reiki, Acupuncture, Card Readings and workshops that offer stress management, mindfulness and tools to deal with mental illness. All activities are available for a monetary donation; cash or checks accepted. Suggested donations will range from $10-$25. Checks made payable to “PACH Outreach”, write “Capital Campaign” in memo section.

100% of donations received will be donated to PACH.

 PACH MissionPACH provides Pepperell residents in need with a caring, compassionate resource to meet their basic needs, including food, personal care items, and referrals to resources for additional assistance.

 Class, Session and Practitioner info-

Michael Barney, LICSW will be offering 3 different sessions. At 10:15 Coping Skills Group. The holiday and the cold and darkness of winter can test our ability to manage stress. Come meet with Michael to get reenergized and learn new ways to help manage stress, anxiety, and the seasonal blues. At 11:30 come learn and practice a variety of different relaxation and mindfulness techniques including guided imaging, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, and breathing techniques. At 12:45 do you have questions about mental illness or its treatments? Are you looking for resources for loved one who is struggling with a mental illness or addiction? Come bring your questions to this session. Michael Barney, LICSW is a mental health professional with over 18 years of experience in the field of Psychology, mental health and addiction.

Julie Carr, LMT and Jose’ Dudley, LMT will be offering chair massage every 20 minutes in the Meeting room from 10:10 – 1:30. Stop by to purchase a raffle ticket to benefit PACH and enter to win a 1 hour Massage with Jose’, browse literature, ask questions, and sign up for a massage to work out tension in your head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and/or hands.

Gloria Delli Colli will be offering Angel card readings in the Library between rows P-R & R-S. Angel cards and angel readings access the energies of angelic beings that love and care and protect humans. Angel cards are not tarot cards, they are not based on metaphysical concepts, but channel information from the etheric realms of angels. Offering readings every 30 minutes between the hours of 10:10 – 1:40.

Patti Eames, LMT will be offering 20 minute CranioSacral/Crystalline Reiki sessions from 10:10 – 1:30. This Therapy is a gentle hands-on method to help the body release connective tissue’s tension and restrictions in and around muscles, joints, nerves, and organs.

Amber Finnell, CIWLC will be offering 2 sessions in the Art Gallery. At 10:15 Tap Away Pain and Stress and at 12:45 Tap Away Anxiety and Stress. In both of these sessions Amber will be teaching a simple, proven technique that can be applied to any area of life, such as physical pain, negative emotions, self-esteem issues, cravings, performance issues, etc., and is super effective with kids. Come learn how to Tap yourself and your loved ones happy!

Jillian Heys, L.Ac. will be answering all of your questions on acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from 11:30 – 1:30. Stop by to grab some literature, learn how acupuncture works, and ask questions to find clarity on this incredible medicine that is gaining awareness in 2018 and changing lives! Relaxing mini treatments will be available as time and space allows. Christy Monahan, LMT MELT® Method Instructor will be offering 2 classes. Join Christy at 10:15 in the Lyceum for a full body fascial treatment. Learn how MELTing your hands and feet can decrease your pain, improve your digestion and help you sleep and feel better overall! At 11:30 in the Art Gallery take a Fascial Journey! Learn how to improve your nervous system in just 10 minutes a day! We have some Yoga mats but if you have your own please bring it with you.

AOH TREEThe Art of Healing Inc.
