“I have had a fascination with human anatomy & physiology since I was in high school. I believe that amazing healing can occur when body, mind and spirit are considered as an integral whole. By creating a safe environment where one can truly relax and fall into an alpha state of mind, the body is free to release life’s stresses and traumas and ultimately heal.”

Christy Monahan is a nutrition, supplement, and functional testing expert who has been helping women break free from embarrassing and complex digestive problems for over 20 years.
Her health education began in her mid-20s as she unraveled her own digestive and hormonal symptoms. Years of anxiety, bloating, pain, and surgeries culminated in gallstones, pancreatitis, and leaky gut diagnoses.
Christy uses her experience to help herself and other women—she is certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner in addition to her decades of experience with massage and other bodywork techniques.
Christy currently works with women who live a restricted life due to the same hard-to-treat, life-limiting digestive symptoms that she overcame. Her work centers on finding and supporting the underlying cause of these issues so women can get back to enjoying a meal out with friends, a date with their husbands, or a trip with the family.
You can find Christy at www.bodyinharmonyma.com or walking in the woods or on the beach with her rescue dog Anny.
